Mike Gloyne
 Founder and Sports Director

After spending 20 years in a corporate career, developing, leading, and motivating people in different countries, I decided to follow my passion of helping others make their fitness dreams a reality. Although a self-confessed cycling nut, I’m also a British Triathlon Association Coach and a Personal Trainer. I’ve raced competitively in triathlon for the last 10 years and gained qualification for World Championship competitions at half distance level. In addition I am a Yoga & Pilates Instructor specialising in strength, conditioning, and mobility. As injury prevention and recovery is a topic close to my heart, I am also a Sports Massage Therapist and Rehabilitation Specialist. So not only can I help you get fit I can also help you prevent injury and recover correctly.

Operations and Events Director

My story involves several years in a corporate career, running a business, working with growing start-ups and co-founding a Non-Profit Organisation. I’m the sort of person who enjoys getting involved in a great vision and working behind the scenes to make it work on the ground. So in that sense, working with Flow is a perfect gig. What we aim to achieve is so much more than just another fitness business. And we have so much fun bringing it all to life.

Relaxation and Wellbeing Director

I am responsible for team morale and reminding everyone to be present in the moment. Always available to have my belly rubbed when someone needs a pick-me-up. Always available to share a snack when someone needs company during a meal. Group leader on walks and SUP activities.

Harshit Sharma
Yoga and Meditation Coach

Experience the 'Art of Yoga' like never before with "Harshit Sharma", a 200-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher with over 10 years of personal practice and 3 years of teaching experience both online and in-person. Combining their passion for yoga and their commitment to ongoing education, Harshit is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Yoga. Their classes are a perfect blend of physical challenge and spiritual nourishment, creating a space for students to connect with their bodies and breathe mindfully. Perform yoga with flow & awaken your inner peace, strength, and flexibility.
